Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, where you’ll be greeted and transferred to your downtown hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace.

Begin your Hanoi discovery tour at 8:30 a.m. with visits to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Mausoleum, stilt-house residence, Presidential Palace, and Ho Chi Minh Museum, as well as the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university established in 1070. After lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant, explore the Museum of Ethnology, showcasing life-size structures of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. Visit Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy a 1-hour cyclo ride through Hanoi’s bustling Old Quarter. End the day with a traditional Vietnamese water puppet performance.
Note: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on Mondays, Fridays, and from June 15 to August 15 for maintenance.

After breakfast, depart for Halong Bay, with a break along the way. Board a traditional wooden junk, enjoy lunch as the boat heads towards secluded islands. Explore ancient limestone caves, and weather permitting, go sea kayaking or swimming. Relax on deck with a drink as the sun sets, and savor a seafood dinner under the stars.

Enjoy an early morning swim (weather permitting) followed by breakfast. Visit one of Halong Bay’s famous caves before cruising back to the main harbor. Drive to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi for a late afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, transfer to your downtown hotel.

Drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels to explore the extensive underground network used during the Vietnam War. Return to Ho Chi Minh City for a guided city tour, including the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Old Post Office. Capture the essence of Vietnam’s most dynamic city before returning to your hotel around 6:00 p.m.

Depart at 8:00 a.m. for a 2-hour drive to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta. Take a boat ride along the Ben Tre River, visiting traditional brickworks and coconut processing workshops. Enjoy a walk to a family workshop and sample local fruits. Experience a moto-cart ride through lush village paths and observe local life and tropical culture. After lunch at a riverside restaurant, enjoy a rowing boat ride along the water palm creek before returning to Ho Chi Minh City by 5:00 p.m.

Are there any restrictions on photography in Vietnam?
Yes. Photography in or near military installations, airports or similar locations is prohibited. Anyone caught doing so will have the film, and possibly the camera or camcorder, confiscated and may be arrested.
Can I change my tour details after confirmation?
Once the official payment has been made, changes in tour details should be requested via email (divitravelvietnam@gmail.com or email of the staff processing your booking), and is subject to a surcharge of hotels and restaurants (depending on each case). Possibility of reservation amendments is also subject to service availability of our suppliers (hotels, restaurants and other)
Can I enter Vietnam later than my granted arrival date in visa approval letter?
Yes, you can enter later than the granted arrival date in visa approval letter providing that you exit by granted exit date.
